Peter Wadsworh

 

Peter Wadsworth is draughtsman who works on paper and canvas using anything from ink pens to oils to create his imagery. Much of his work is reportage, bent on capturing in real time, the character of the events and people experienced. He relies on his extensive knowledge and swift ambidextrous drawing to capture the essence of his subjects in an enlightening way for the viewer. Peter has produced work for numerous clients and publications including The New York Times, Center for Disease Control (CDC), American Express, and was recently featured in British culture magazine Disclaimer. Peter's work is represented in numerous private collections and is currently featured at The Delaware Center for Contemporary Arts in a show titled Grand Vocabulary: Contemporary American lllustration.
